Freedom House is blessed with an amazing group of people who generously donate their time, talents and passions to serve. Children need guidance, families need hope and at Freedom House that’s provided in abundance through our cadre of dedicated, caring volunteers. Volunteering is really the nuts and bolts of our programs and facility. Volunteers who give of their time help with reception, teach classes, clean, tutor children, bring in meals or help families who just need someone to be there. Individuals, youth groups, businesses, community service projects – all are involved and all are welcome. The need is there and we can always find a place for anyone with a heart to give.

We tell our residents when they first arrive to accept the love and care this community extends to their family and thank all the volunteers for their service to Freedom House.
